No one is immune to global warming. No one is. We either must be prepared to leave earth soon, or to cut down our Co2 emissions juristically.

we never expected it
When Henry Ford invented the first automobile, did he know that it was going to end up contributing to global warming? No. When Thomas Edison created a coal power plant, did he know it was going to pollute the future's sky? No. When the Wright Brothers tested the airplane in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, did they realized that the airplane would fly through the future's skies and release gas? No.
Back then, when science wasn't as good, they could never even expect global warming. So humans went on cutting down trees and driving cars until the realized that they had to stop.
However, juristic actions were never taken. Some people started driving their car less, but they still drove their car. Some people bought electric cars. But why didn't people take action?
Well, a reason might be is some people might've never heard of it. But that's not why people who've heard of it haven't taken juristic action. So to find out why, you might have to use your imagination a tiny bit.
Imagine the end of the world.

You're probably thinking something like this.^ (By the way this is an amazing photo. I can feel myself smacking into that gigantic rocky planet as if I were the earth). Or maybe you're thinking about a zombie apocalypse or a plaque spreading rapidly everywhere.
Now let's narrow the topic 'the end of the world'. Image a giant science experiment gone wrong. You're probably imagining a gigantic explosion. And a crazy creature like Dr. Octopus from Spider-Man crawling out of the building and doing evil things.
Okay. Now what do those end of the world scenarios have to do with each other? Explosion. Running. Quarantine. Hiding.
Global warming doesn't require any of those (well when global warming starts taking it's toll and causing floods everywhere, then yes).
But right now, global warming isn't really doing anything. Sure, it's causing the artic ice to melt which is causing floodings, but most likely people reading this article have never been in a flood. Something that you might've experienced that was caused by global warming is weird weather changes. For example: the giant snowstorm in Texas that happened a couple months ago.
But it's only the weather that global warming is effecting. That's why we overlook it. It's sneaking up behind us, but sure to never go in front of us until it's at it's strongest and we can't stop it.
So we must make juristic action. We have multiple options:
Organize Space Shuttles to get onto Mars as fast as we can
Try to cut down Co2 emissions. NOW
Organizing space shuttles won't work. Humans have a growing population. We won't be able to fit billions of people into rocket ships. And no, we aren't going to leave anyone behind. Another flaw in this plan is that we can't bring all the animals into a space ship. Especially huge aquatic ones like the blue whale.
Why should we be concerned about the animals?
They're not immune to global warming (well, maybe one or two species are. But the majority isn't). Maybe the animals have fed humans around the world. We can't repay them by leaving them behind on earth to deal with climate change. And humans created climate change. If anything, it should be all of the animals jumping into a space shuttle and escaping earth.
But we wouldn't ditch our planet. We need to stay here and fix this mess my cutting down our greenhouse gases.
how to save the earth
Here's a list of ways to stop global warming:
1. Don't drive cars and if you do, go electric
2. Plant trees and plants
3. Copy the link to this article and give it to your friend and family member so that you cna spread the word
4. Become a member of STEP. Once there are enough members, then we know that we have enough support to create a 'donate' button and allow people to donate to help the earth.
Conclusion: In order to survive, we must cut down our greenhouse gases. Now.
